Orders placed Monday-Friday are typically processed that same day. For orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday, the order will be placed the next business day. After your order has been processed, 99% of all orders leave the fulfillment center within 2-3 days.
We do not accept exchanges, process refunds, or cancellations after the order is placed. If the item you purchased is defective we may within our discretion assist with replacing a new product.

Under normal circumstances orders received for replacement by 3 PM, EST will be shipped out the same day. Orders received after the 3 PM are not guaranteed to go out the same day. You can find the shipping costs of the items in your cart by entering your zip/postal code into the box in the bottom right of the shopping cart.
